Welcome to AthletiX. By creating an account or using the AthletiX mobile application, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AthletiX. By using the app, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. AthletiX is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the App

AthletiX is a fitness and activity-tracking platform designed for virtual runs, cycling, and related challenges.
You agree to:

  • Submit only truthful and accurate activity data
  • Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

  • Follow all event rules, distance requirements, and deadlines

Any form of cheating, falsification, or abuse may result in disqualification or account suspension.

4. Events, XP, and Rewards

XP, rankings, medals, and rewards are earned based on validated activities and app rules. AthletiX reserves the right to:

  • Review or reject submissions
  • Adjust XP calculations

  • Modify event mechanics when necessary

All rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Third-Party Services

AthletiX may integrate with third-party services such as fitness tracking platforms. AthletiX is not responsible for data accuracy, availability, or issues caused by third-party services.

6. Data Privacy

AthletiX respects your privacy. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to such data collection and use.

7. Suspension and Termination

AthletiX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards, with or without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

AthletiX is provided on an “as is” basis. AthletiX is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in physical activities or use of the app.

Always consult a medical professional before starting any fitness activity.

9. Changes to Terms

AthletiX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
